Bowling

• How much does is cost to bowl?
  • You pay per game, per person plus the cost of shoes. The price of each game can vary depending on the day and time of day. Check out the rates page under the 'Bowling' headline.
• How much do shoes cost?
  • Shoe rental is $3.20 for each bowler, regardless of age; these prices stay the same throughout the day.
    
• When is open bowling?
  • We have open bowling from open to close, except when a party or fundraiser is booked and they reserve the entire center. During leagues (Monday through Friday from 6:00pm-9:00pm) lanes are available, but limited depending on size of league.
• Are there any lanes available?
  • Check out the lane availability with up to date accuracy under the headline 'Bowling' and then click 'Reserve Lane Online.' Find the day you plan on joining us and see what's available, no money needed to check it out.
• How many people can fit on one lane?
  • Up to 8 bowlers may bowl on one lane at a time (bowling specials may limit number of bowlers).
    
• What are your hours of operation?

• Do you have any group rates?
  • For any groups over 10 check out our Group Rates page located under "Bowling" and then under "Rates". For any additional questions, call 407.656.2000 and we will be happy to customize an event just for you.
• When is the cheapest time to bowl?
  • The best rate we have is during our Happy Hour, Monday through Friday between 4:00pm and 6:00pm and it's only $1.58 a game.We also have $2.25 any bottle beer special too!
• When does cosmic bowling start and end?
  • We have cosmic bowling on Sunday from 3:00pm-11:00pm; Monday, Tuesday & Friday from 9:00pm-Midnight; Saturday 3:00pm-Midnight (Times subject to change without notice)
• Do you allow any outside food or beverages?
  • No, we do not. The only exception is when a birthday package is purchase, we allow a store bought cake to be brought in for the party. Please no homemade cakes due to the Florida Health Code. Any questions concerning cakes or other outside food please call 407.656.2000 and ask for Jennifer.
• When do you have leagues?
  • Our normal hours for leagues are Monday through Friday from 6:00pm-9:00pm & Saturday from 9:00am-12:00pm, however this can vary. Check out current leagues under the 'Bowling' headline, click 'Up & Coming Leagues.'
• What is the smallest shoe size you carry?
  • We currently carry a child's size 6.
• What is the largest size shoe you carry?
  • We currently carry a men's size 16.
• What happens if you don't have my child's shoe size in stock?
  • If for some reason we run out of your child's shoe size, they may wear their own shoes. As soon as the shoe becomes available again, we do require that they wear them to reduce the chance of any injuries and/or damage occurring. Any persons wearing just socks will be asked to quit bowling immediately as this posses a serious hazard. We greatly appreciate your cooperation with this legal matter.

Birthday Parties

• Can I bring outside food, snacks, chips, etc.?
  • No, the only exception is when a birthday package is purchase, we allow a store bought cake to be brought in for the party. Please no homemade cakes due to the Florida Health Code. Any questions concerning cakes please call 407.656.2000.

• Can I just rent a lane and bring a cake?
  • No, our birthday party packages are set to provide you with a money saving alternative compared to our regular rates while still competing with any other birthday package out there. If a birthday package is not purchased, we do not allow a cake or any other type of outside food inside the center.

• Why does the pricing differ throughout the day?
  • Our birthday rates vary depending on the time of the event and special extras included in the different packages.

• Are shoes included with the birthday packages?
  • Yes, shoes for all paying guests are included in the package.

• Whats the smallest pound ball you carry?
  • We carry yellow 7 pound balls and also pink 8 pound balls. Bowling balls any lighter get stuck in the ball return and do not come back to the bowler.
    

• Is every lane bumper friendly.
  • Yes, we do have bumpers available for all lanes, however some lanes require the bumpers to stay down or up throughout the entire game for all participants, while other lanes allow the bumpers to go up and down depending on the player's wants. Please inform the front desk if you have special requests and we will do our best to accommodate all guests.

• How do you decide how many pizzas come with each party?
  • All birthday packages include 2 slices of cheese pizza per guest, however, the minimum 2 cheese pizzas is delivered to the party. Each pizza is pre-cut into 16 slices for your convenience.

• Is soda really unlimited throughout the whole party?
  • We gladly supply 2 pitchers of soda or water per lane. Any refills only cost $4.99 per pitcher.

• What is the smallest shoe size you carry?

  • We currently carry a men's size 16.

• What happens if you don't have my child's shoe size in stock?

• What happens if I don't have at least 10 people arrive to my party?
  • If a minimum of 10 guests do not arrive for your party, you will still be charged for the minimum 10 guests. 

• What if I choose to do open bowling instead of a birthday package after finding out a minimum 10 guests didn't show up?
  • We don't mind changing anything due to uncontrollable circumstances, however, any outside food (i.e. cake) will not be allowed inside the center due to the standards that are in place.

• Can the adults from my party bowl, but pay separately?
  • Yes, please inform the person booking your party that you would like an extra lane next to your party for any adults attending when making a reservation. This lane can be held for any guests that wish to pay separately or not included in the normal birthday rate.

• What happens to my deposit if I choose to switch from the birthday package to open bowling?
  • Your deposit will be applied to the final bill after your bowling experience is complete.

• What if I decide not to bowl at all after making a deposit?
  • At any time your deposit is refundable up to the day of the event.  

• When is my deposit not refundable?
  • The only time your deposit is not refundable is if do not show up for your event. In a case where you are more than 30 minutes late and your lanes must be given away, you will not receive a refund. If you are more than 30 minutes late and lanes are still available when you arrive, you may or may not be able to use your deposit. This matter will be left up to the management in a case by case manner. 

• How many games does each person get to bowl?
  • For organizational matters, birthday packages included unlimited bowling for 2 hours. This allotted time usually supplies enough time for 2 games depending on the number of guests and ages of guests. Younger guests tend to take longer to bowl as do a larger number of guests on one lane.

Snack Bar & Pizzeria

• Can a gift card be used to order food online?
  • As of right now, we do not have the capability to accept gift cards to order online food or bowling, but check back soon.

• Where did Franco's Pizzeria go?
  • We combined the two great businesses into one to bring you great prices for great food. Check out the 'About Us' on the bottom of the page to read more.

• How far do you deliver?
  • We cover all of Winter Garden and most of Ocoee and Oakland. Please call 407.656.2000 and ask if you are unsure.

• What is the minimum order amount for a delivery?
  • The minimum amount needed to complete a delivery order is $8.00 not including tax or delivery fee.

• How much is the delivery fee?
  • The delivery fee is only $2.00 per completed order.

• Is it safe to use my credit card to order online?
  • Yes, we keep all financial information secure and do not save it for any reason. If you would like to use your credit card to order over the phone, we also have that option available.
